Our History

Along with esteemed partner, historian and friend, Mike Deasy - we launched deasy/penner & partners in 2005. With the purchase of Podley Properties in 2018, we became one of the largest independent residential real estate brokerages in Southern California, as well as one of the most well-respected firms representing architecture and design in the country. In addition to single family properties, deasy/penner created a multi-unit development practice – featuring large scale condominium projects across the region. We expanded the emotional aspect of how design impacts how one lives with the brand “Home as Art,” and always held that at the forefront of our ethos.

After selling deasy/penner in 2023, I decided to create the definitive team to continue the passion – focusing on market expertise, unparalleled advertising and exceptional service for our clients.
