Meet Kate Penner

Born and raised in Los Angeles, Kate’s lifelong connection to the city and deep appreciation for its architecture and distinct neighborhoods drew her into the world of real estate. As a graduate of the University of Southern California’s Annenberg School of Communication, Kate has a strong passion for marketing and strategy. Before transitioning to the George Penner Team, Kate built her career primarily during her years working in influencer relations and marketing for Spotify. While there, she ideated, managed and executed a range of notable campaigns, including the annual Spotify Wrapped, as well as helped expand Spotify’s VIP Program into more than 15 global markets. Her experience sharpened her instincts for branding, authentic marketing and public relations strategy, and high-level client service. Kate brings both creativity and thoughtfulness to every marketing approach.
